Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in SoothBox if an entitlement is missing. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase.

Privacy and data

Read the Privacy Policy or follow the data deletion guide. SoothBox does not use a cloud account for the core app.

SoothBox is not an emergency or crisis service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number or a qualified crisis service now.
