Wellness support, not medical care

SoothBox provides general self-care tools and educational content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or an emergency service, and Mo is not a therapist or clinician.

If you may harm yourself or someone else, or face an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately. Do not rely on SoothBox for urgent help.

Using SoothBox

You may use SoothBox for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or use it to violate another person's rights.

Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of content you create. You are responsible for what you choose to enter, export, or share. The core app is designed for local use without an account. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.

Accounts

An account is optional and made only with Sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app; deleting it does not delete what is on your device or cancel a subscription.

Mo

Mo's replies, including those written by the on-device model, are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or unhelpful. Use your own judgement, and for anything urgent use the help options in the app or local emergency services.

Paid features

Optional subscriptions or purchases are offered through the applicable app store. Prices, trial terms, renewal dates, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the terms shown at purchase and by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your app-store account before renewal. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. If a subscription ends, content you created is not deleted; paid features become unavailable until you subscribe again.

Ownership

SoothBox, Mo, the interface, visual assets, copy, software, and other product materials are owned by SoothBox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the product; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Offline content, device settings, app-store services, and third-party services can affect availability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoothBox is provided as available without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. SoothBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using SoothBox at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated misuse, legal requirements, or risks to users or the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
